Widerrufsrecht

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the original packaging is not included with return, an additional 10% fee will apply.

To start a return, you can contact us at noxpiria@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. We highly recommend you insure your package and provide us with a tracking number.
IMPORTANT : For international returns, please make sure you declare the value of your package as 0, and that it is a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the shipping costs and tax fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Lost or Stolen Goods
We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods after they appear as delivered. In every other case, please contact us at noxpiria@gmail.com so we can process the issue and offer a solution.


Repairs
All information below applies to all jewelry bought exclusively from Noxpiria. Additional costs will always apply for any repair process, so always contact us first and we will give you instructions.

Broken / damaged chains: Send us a picture of the broken chain so we can evaluate your case. 
If the chain is broken due to a soldering issue, we will cover only repair costs. 
If the chain is broken due to an accident and/or usage, please write to us so we can quote you accordingly. If repair is not eligible, there is a high chance we will need to replace your item with a new one. 

Missing or damaged stones, shells, pearls: Send us a picture of your issue so we can evaluate your case. 

Resizing: Resizing a ring will cost up to 70% of the initial purchase value. You are always advised to get precise measurements before ordering from or store. In every case, if you need resizing, please contact us and we will give you options to choose from before proceeding to a return and repair process.
