We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY + CONDITION
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note the following:
- For health and safety, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
- Items that have been altered at your request (such as resized rings) are not eligible for a return.
- We do not accept returns or refunds on jewelry made to order, customized, or engraved (e.g., pieces with names or dates).
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, contact us at info@noxpiria.com, and provide us with all necessary info including the item, date of purchase, and reason for your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
NOTE: we are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. We highly recommend insuring your package and providing us with a tracking number.
GIFT RETUNRS + REFUNDS
If you received a NOXPIRIA piece as a gift, please keep the following in mind; for security and fraud prevention, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser. This means the refund will be credited back to the person who bought the gift. While online purchasers have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, this right belongs to the person who entered the contract (the payer).
Instead of a cash refund, we typically offer gift recipients an exchange for another item of equal or higher value. This allows you to choose something else from our collection without involving the original purchaser's bank account.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding our 30-day policy, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Under this right, we will refund the full amount, including original shipping costs if any, within 14 dats of being notified of your withdrawal. Also, unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Special commissions and orders or jewelry with any custom modifications.
- We do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items (though exchanges for sale items may be possible).
- Perishable goods, personal care goods, and hazardous materials.
If you purchased a NOXPIRIA piece from another retailer, please consult their specific policies. We reserve the right to deny return requests for items not purchased directly from our studio.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases of defective or incorrect goods, NOXPIRIA will cover all costs for repair, replacement, or a full refund.
WRONG SIZES / RESIZING
Choosing a wrong ring size upon ordering jewelry is probably the most frequent issue experienced by new jewelry customers. We would love to reassure you that we've got you covered and your mistake does not have to become permanent.
In the event that you have purchased a ring that doesn't fit you well, we best advise that we proceed to an exchange for a new one, tailored to your size and liking. Resizing an existing ring is often as costly as creating a new one, due to the demanding nature of passing through all manufacturing stages from scratch. This exchange option is complimentary for all our customers. Read below for further information.
PRE-PURCHASE DETAILS
If you have any questions about a piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have. Regarding sizing, we have created a separate page dedicated to instructions on how to choose the right ring sizes. To avoid sizing mistakes, we always strongly advise that you carefully read the Ring Sizing instructions before placing your order online. If you are doubtful about your measurements, you are more than welcome to contact us for personalized assistance.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to first contact us, so we can initially evaluate your request and accept it. Then make a separate purchase as soon as possible so we can begin manufacturing your new item soon enough, and at the same time return the item you have to us, as instructed. Once the return is accepted, we will proceed with the refund of the appropriate amount shortly. Please keep in mind you might be refunded only partially if you choose to exchange your initial order with a next one of higher value. Shipping costs are not refunded.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for 14-day EU cooling-off period withdrawals or defective items).
Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@noxpiria.com.
LOST OR STOLEN GOODS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods after they appear as delivered. In every other case, please contact us at info@noxpiria.com so we can process the issue and offer a solution.
REPAIRS
All information below applies to all NOXPIRIA jewelry, either purchased from or gifted to you. In every case, we would love to assist you with the repair of jewelry you own, including pieces not originally manufactured by our studio. While we handle every artisan or heirloom piece with the utmost care, acceptance of such work is subject to a technical evaluation of the item's condition and our capability to perform the specific repair.
Service costs will apply depending on the characteristics of each repair process. In order to request a repair, please contact us at info@noxpiria.com and provide us with a full description of your case and clear images and/or videos of the jewelry you need a repair for, along with a proof-of-purchase. This will allow us to better assess the item and provide you with more accurate information.
A FEW SIDE NOTES: Over the years we have gained valuable insight into the behavior of certain NOXPIRIA designs, particularly based on how they are cared for by our customers, and therefore we kindly ask for your valued confidence in our expertise and trust that we will advise you with the best option possible regarding your repair.
That being said, here's a list of the most frequently asked question regarding damages:
- Damaged or broken seashells cannot be fixed. They have to be removed and reset on your jewelry piece. Missing stones, pearls and seashells usually require annealing and resetting after all unwanted debris is removed. Such restorations typically have a fixed base price, however each case differs. After inspection we can provide you with the specific service charge.
- Broken snake chains cannot be restored to their original state or length, yet we offer two main repairing options. We can either join the broken parts together with a link or replace the chain entirely. If you choose a replacement, we gladly accept your damaged chain for recycling, offering a discount on your new one.
- Broken rings due to wear and mechanical pressure can be repaired relatively easily, as long as they feature no fragile gemstones and/or seashells pieces. In general, jewelry pieces featuring seashells and/or gemstones require different handling during the repair process, are more labor intensive and cost more, both in material and working time. In some cases, where soldering may not provide a lasting fix, we will advise you on whether recycling the metal is a better alternative to avoid future damage.

POLISHING SERVICES
We offer polishing services for all your NOXPIRIA jewelry, as well as any other silver pieces you own and love, so you can enjoy them again in their original brilliant looks. In most cases where your jewelry needs a fresh touch-up, our services come free of charge. If your pieces require heavy polishing though, please expect a service charge.
