All NOXPIRIA jewelry is made, assembled and polished by hand, using exclusively .925 sterling silver, in our studio based in Athens, Greece. Many of our products listed in our online store require that customers choose their preferable color in designs which feature abalone shells. Additionally, we choose to keep our stock low and capable of supporting the purchasing needs of customers who visit in person, in an attempt to optimize our material resources and preserve the well being of our workforce. Therefore, most of our pieces are made to order, a process that might take up to 14 business days to be fulfilled. 

It is an objective of our policy to always be consistent with our processing and manufacturing time, so you can receive and enjoy or gift your piece as soon as possible. All products require 7-14 business days for their manufacturing and shipping, following the day of your order placement. If we happen to have your order readymade in stock, it will be shipped within 1-7 business days following the day of your order placement. We ship orders worldwide, using ELTA Courier and BOX NOW services for domestic shipping and DHL Express for international shipping. Please keep in mind that the customer is always responsible for paying any additional fees in order to receive their package, including customs, duties and taxes.

It is crucial that you doublecheck your address and email information before placing your order. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email with the necessary information regarding the shipment of your piece, such as shipment date and a tracking number for you to check on your order status.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We ship orders once on a weekly basis, in an attempt to reduce environmental costs concerned with courier services. That being said, your package will be on its way to be delivered to you in 1-5 working days for domestic shipping. International delivery services take approximately 5-12 working days. Please keep in mind these delivery time frames are estimated by our courier services partners. Any unfortunate delays on behalf of our courier services partners are beyond our responsibility, however they should be expected especially during holiday seasons. Our studio is also taking a break during holidays! You can still shop online, but please expect slight shipping delays.

All of our products come gift-ready and safely packaged in custom, locally made hard paper NOXPIRIA boxes or velvet pouches, inside a recyclable parcel, made from 100% recycled Ocean Bound Plastic pollution. Wherever bubble or paper wrapping is needed, it is reused and reusable , and we kindly ask that you consciously store all shipping components to reuse them yourself and prolong their lifecycle, rather than disposing of them immediately.
