When will I get my order?

All orders require 7-14 working days processing time before shipping. Shortly before we ship your package, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location; domestic shipping takes 1-5 days, and international takes up to 12 days.

WHAT IS THIS "GEMSTONE" YOU ARE USING?

Many of our designs feature colorful gemstones, such as lab grown rubies and natural sapphires and opals. Pāua, however, is our most distinctive element, and technically it is not a gemstone: it's a type of abalone seashell! Pāua is the Māori name for several species of abalone found only in New Zealand, featuring mesmerizing blue colors and hues. Much like a pearl, it is a biological treasure of the sea. Our Pāua shells are part of a circular economy, fully traceable and sourced exclusively from certified partners in NZ who guarantee sustainable harvesting.

CAN I CHOOSE ANY COLOR I WANT IN GEMSTONES / SEASHELLS?

Since we work with natural abalone shells, every piece is uniquely one-of-a-kind.

For most rings with seashells, you can select your preferred color palette before adding to your cart. Abalone is naturally delicate and prone to breakage during crafting. To ensure the highest quality, we don't pre-assign specific shell pieces; instead, we hand-select the best match during the making of your jewelry to perfectly recreate the design. Gemstone combinations are also pre-selected by us, but if you have a specific vision in mind, we’d love to help! HOW CAN I FIND MY RING SIZE?

It is always best advised that you get professionally sized, either by us or any other jeweler. There are of course DIY methods you can use, and our favorite is the one described in our Ring Sizing page.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?


Yes! You can visit our collective studio, TULPA, in Athens.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we welcome custom commissions for original designs or modifications on any of our own. Lead time is usually 20–60 days.

MY JEWELRY SEEMS TARNISHED! WHAT HAPPENED?

This is absolutely normal and completely reversible! In short, .925 sterling silver jewelry naturally oxidizes when exposed to air, moisture and certain substances from the skin. Earrings and necklaces in particular are more prone to natural tarnishing due to skin contact and PH level, a process usually more apparent during hot and humid seasons.

THE SEASHELL COLOR ON MY JEWELRY SEEMS DIFFERENT FROM THE PHOTOS AND/OR WHAT I EXPECTED. WHAT CAN WE DO?

Each of our pieces is uniquely handcrafted, and because we use natural abalone shells, every item is truly one-of-a-kind. These natural materials have their own distinct patterns and hues, meaning your jewelry may vary slightly from the photos. We carefully hand-select the closest match for every order to ensure it meets our high standards. If you are still not satisfied, please take a look at our Return + Refund Policy.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE / LENGTH. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

We can make it right! We find the easiest method is the exchange with another piece of jewelry to your liking / correct sizing. You have 30 days post receiving your order to request a return.

I'VE BEEN GIFTED WITH A NOXPIRIA PIECE, CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER ONE?

Yes! Gifted jewelry can be exchanged as long as it is accompanied by a gift receipt as proof of purchase. All items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

We've got you covered. If you are based in Athens, feel free to contact us via instagram or at info@noxpiria.com to schedule an appointment. This way, you can check our current stock and purchase your favorite pieces in person at our Lycabettus studio.

Alterntively, our Gift Cards are the perfect last-minute solution — available in both physical and digital form.
